Peter Carr, BSc (Hons) MRICS
A Graduate of The University of Ulster at Jordanstown, Peter has been a fully qualified member of the RICS since 1997, where he first worked in London with The Valuation office as a rating surveyor. Peter then progressed to Countrywide Surveyors, achieving senior surveyor grade before returning to manage their Belfast office. With considerable management experience and a high level of technical and professional expertise, most notably in the fields of residential and commercial survey and valuation, Peter is well placed to provide our expanding client base with up to date, professional property consultancy advice. Recently qualified as both a Domestic and a Commercial energy assessor, Peter will head up our Energy Assessment panel, which will be responsible for the provision of energy performance certificates throughout Ireland and the UK to a varied range of clients.

Andy McCallin, BSc (Hons) PgDip MRICS
With a degree in Architecture from Queens University in Belfast and a Masters degree in Urban Property Appraisal from the University of Paisley in Scotland, Andy has been a fully qualified member of the RICS since 2002. He first worked for The Hopkins Partnership, a reputable, general practice Chartered surveying company in Belfast, gaining experience in all aspects of residential and commercial survey and valuation work, including agency and landlord and tenant. He progressed to Countrywide Surveyors in Belfast where he was made an Associate of McCallin Carr - Chartered Surveyors Belfast Northern Ireland within 12 months of joining. With a wide range of invaluable experience and local knowledge, Andy has provided our client base with a broad range of property related advice in both the commercial and residential sectors. Within McCallin Carr, Andy manages the professional and valuation team, responsible for due diligence advice to a range of corporate and private clients, including Landlord and tenant matters, valuations and general agency advice.

Rosemary McKenna
Recently appointed as Managing Partner to our Company, Rosemary has a vast knowledge of the property market with over 16 years experience in this field. Starting out as Residential valuer in the Hopkins Partnership, Rosemary moved on from this well established Estate Agents in 1999 to take up post as Head of Residential Sales and Lettings in Taylor & Co, steering them towards becoming one of the most successful Estate agents and Sales and Letting agents in North and West Belfast, building up an impressive rental portfolio to compliment their very successful residential and commercial sales unit.
More recently Rosemary has been appointed to act on behalf of major Banks to manage residential portfolios across all areas of Belfast. She is very experienced in matters relating to Housing Law, Housing Rights, Social and private housing needs, homelessness and legislation pertaining to all of the above.
